5 Ab Fueling Foods to Jump Start Your Beach Body

Its almost Summer time! You know what that means… its time to get #SummerTimeFine. Summer time means more heat, more heat means less clothes, less clothes means more skin.

Shorts get shorter and shirts become cropped, and who wants to walk around with a flabby tum tum during crop-top season? Not I! I’m trying to get the formation of these abs in order as quickly as I can.

I know “quick abs” isn’t a thing, however a flatter tummy can be a start. Which is why I highly recommend eating foods that are packed with protein, low in fat, and won’t leave you feeling bloated. Have y’all ever woke up one morning “skinny”? Meaning you woke up with a flat tummy. Its happened to me a few times, then I think back on what I ate the day before. Most of the times I wake up “skinny” when I don’t eat after 7 or when I’ve had low-carb meals throughout the day. I never really made the connection until recently, which inspired me to do a little more research on how to have a flatter stomach and keep it.

I don’t know about you but, I’m on a mission, to lose a few inches and to tone this tum-tum of mine. We all know the breakdown of being healthy…. 20% workout and 80% diet. So along with the 30 day Ab Challenge I decided to indulge in, I will be paying extra special attention to the foods that I eat.
