You ever just wish ….no pray for a 2 week vacation? That has been my train of thought for the past month now. As the semester comes to a close, I’m getting more and more antsy about the Summer. I have soooo much planned I just can’t wait….TO ESCAPE.
Reasons why I
want need to escape…
#1… I’ve been in school a whole semester 3 days a week..
#2… Days I’m not in school, I’m working nonstop
#3… I fell asleep during an exam…. WTHeaven?! A whole exam!!!
I can’t believe I slept through a test, like I barely wrote my name on the dang thing. OMG. We’ll see how the end of semester goes with this class. *sighs* It sucks even more because I can’t make it up. I pretty much just have to accept a zero. Y’all don’t hear me…a Z E R O. Whhyyyy???
UGH!!!! Who even told me that it was smart to work late knowing that I had an exam the next morning….oh yea….LIFE -_-. tuh. Being an adult is sooooo overrated.
It’s definitely time for a vacation. To kick off my last week of finals I’ve decided to cook this yummy little creation that I have been seeing all over social media lately.
It just looked soooo refreshing, until I saw the different recipes…. all I saw was..
HIGH SODIUM CONTENT..
HIGH SUGAR CONTENT..
AND A USELESS AMOUNT OF CARBS.
However, Mica is to the rescue. I decided to reduce the sodium and use a better sugar alternative. No worries, it still has all the wonderful and full flavors that we ALL love.
So here is much lighter version of the recipe.
